Description
PCB Rivet Brass Tubular Hollow Rivet (Eyelets, Vias) – M0.9 × 2.5 mm
These miniature brass eyelets are specially designed for repairing or creating very small plated-through connections on printed circuit boards. The M0.9 × 2.5 mm size is perfect for micro-vias and fine through-hole work, ensuring both mechanical strength and reliable conductivity in high-density PCB assemblies.
Available Variants
Typical Applications
- Repairing lifted or damaged micro-vias
- Strengthening signal and ground connections
- Creating inter-layer connections during prototyping
- Supporting high-density PCB component layouts
Specifications
- Nominal size: M0.9 × 2.5 mm
- Shank diameter: ≈ 0.9 mm
- Overall length: 2.5 mm
- Material: Brass (high conductivity, corrosion-resistant)
- Finish: Plain brass
Installation Guide
- Drill/clean the hole to ~0.9–1.0 mm as required.
- Insert the eyelet from the component side of the PCB.
- Support the head and gently flare the opposite end using an eyelet setting tool or small press.
- Check electrical continuity and solder if needed.
Note: The 2.5 mm length suits thin PCBs and flex boards. For thicker boards, use longer eyelets.
